It was an urgent issue as I did not want to leave the door open all weekend or have to cut cables to manually lower it. John responded quickly to my request for assistance and treated it with urgency. He committed to coming over to assist the same day, and provided a time frame on when he could arrive. He kept an open line of communication throughout the day, instilling confidence that he would be there. John arrived in the committed time, and quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to fix it. John took the time to educate me on the system and helped me understand what caused the issue. John provided guidance on how to minimize the chances for this to happen again. He also performed a tune-up of the garage door system without charging me. John is a super knowledge and friendly person, and provides great customer service. Very happy I contacted him and I highly recommend him.

My spring broke a week ago. Made the mistake of using a local handyman to do a job that called for a professional. Fast forward to today, the door was now off track, cables unhoused, and I couldn't get it to shut. Called John and he came out the next day to fix it. John came out is a wealth of knowledge and clearly knows what he's doing. He was surgical with his approach, and didn't leave until the door was shutting as best as it could with all things considered, including the spring tension, cable placement, track alignment, motor function and downward-pressure, all the way to the tiny trim pieces that could obstruct the door closing properly every time.
